Our Billing Company
Our insurance billing is professionally handled by Physicians Group Management located in New Jersey. They handle all
of our insurance processing and submissions. However, if you have specific questions regarding your bill, you may
contact our office directly and we will, in turn, contact the billing company on your behalf and assist in resolving any
problems that arise with insurance payments. Although we will do our best to help you obtain payment for your office visit,
please be aware that
you (and not your insurance company) are ultimately responsible for your bill.

Co-Pay Policy
Insurance co-pays are due at the time of service (immediately prior to visit when you check-in). We are sorry, but there can
be no exceptions. Please understand that insurance companies require that we collect co-pays at the time of service. We
accept cash, checks, and credit cards for payment. Checks should be made out to 'Lehighton Family Medicine'.  
Unfortunately, failure to pay a co-pay at the time of service will result in the appointment being rescheduled.
Outstanding balances may be paid at the office, by mail, and may also be paid online with a debit card, credit card, or
PayPal. We ask that all accounts be kept current.

Insurances
We are a preferred provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield including First Priority Life and First Priority Health. We also accept
Medicare, Tricare, Workman's Compensation, and a number of other commercial insurances. Please call our office if you
have a question regarding insurance coverage. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Medicaid or Access as a primary
insurance.
