Appointment Slots
We schedule appointments every 20 minutes (rather
than every 12-15 minutes) which affords more time to
be spent with our patients.

Sick Visits
We also keep a few appointment slots open for acute
illnesses throughout the day to accommodate children
and adults who need to be seen the same day.

No Shows
If you fail to keep your appointment, you are taking an
appointment spot that could have been used by
someone else. Confirmed appointments that fail to
show without contacting us within 8 hours of their
appointment time will be assessed $15 at their next
appointment. After the third 'no-show', the patient will
be discharged from our practice.
